Project Sequencing Rubric

This rubric is a tool used to generate a draft roadmap of the projects routed to the Digital Collaborative Governance Team (DCGT) for review. This rubric is meant to provide a framework for the DCGT to create a roadmap, as well as to add a degree of objectivity to the process.

Projects proposals are evaluated against this rubric by each member of the DCGT in advance of the roadmap creation meeting. Before the meeting, scores for a given project are averaged, and a preliminary roadmap is then created based on those scores.
