Dataset readme template

This is a text file of a dataset readme template researchers can use to create descriptive readme files for datasets. Using the examples in the template as a guide, researchers can use as much, or as little as they need to make their datasets accessible and reproducible when submitting to URRR or other data repositories.

This readme template is available as a plain text (.txt) file with markdown formatting; a markdown file (.txt.md) which can be viewed with formatting in text editors like Visual Studio; and in a styled HTML (.txt.html) file.
