A Librarian’s Role In Academic Reading Strategies For ESOL Students
Academic libraries have a long reputation for helping both faculty and students. The University of Rochester’s River Campus Libraries follow this tradition of partnering in scholarly pursuits. All students have an opportunity to attend a variety of library instruction sessions such as a review of traditional citation formats or academic integrity instruction. In particular, our librarians welcome our international students to campus and help them acclimate to American academic conventions.
